Every year in August, The Shakespeare Theatre Company hosts a lottery called Free For All, where they give out a select number of free tickets each day to a carefully selected performance. This year’s play is All’s Well That Ends Well.
How it works is you enter the lottery the day before the performance you’re interested in, for a chance to win tickets for the following day. If that’s confusing, here’s an example, the lottery opened up today Wednesday. Thursday you’ll know if you’ve received tickets for the performance that evening. It’s as simple as that.
It’s a great way to check out one of The Shakespeare Theatre’s award-winning plays, without paying for it. What could be better than free?!?!
If you don’t get tickets the first time, keep trying. You can enter the contest every day if you’d like. Free For All lasts until September 5th. Good luck!
